We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out! No worries, we’re here to help make your return or exchange as easy as possible.
Returns:
If your purchase wasn’t quite what you hoped, you have 30 days from your original online purchase date to send it back. All regular-priced items in their original condition are eligible for a refund to your original form of payment.
A few quick notes:
- All sale items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
- Returns must be received within the 30-day window.
You can return your item in-store at our Collegeville location or by mail.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (especially for items over $75) since we can’t guarantee receipt of packages.
